Our Mission
The mission of Best Friend Pet Cremation, Inc. is to provide individual, caring, and compassionatecremation services to families who choose cremation for their beloved pet. At Best Friend Pet Cremation, we only cremate one pet at a time which is an individual cremation. If a family has lost two or more pets at the same time, we still only cremate one pet at a time. Some companies use the word "private" cremation, which means they cremate two or more pets at the same time. This is not the procedure at Best Friend Pet Cremation. At Best Friend Pet Cremation, we treat your beloved pet with the most dignity and respect. We go as far as using human body bags rather than trash bags. We are a family-owned and operated business serving Baltimore and the surrounding areas since 2004.
Our Pet Cremation Services
We provide our families with an individual cremation package for their beloved pet.
Our complete cremation package includes:
Meeting with you at your home or at your vet's office to discuss cremation options
Sign the cremation authorization
Picking up your beloved pet from the place of death (your home, vet's office, or other location in our service area)
The actual cremation process
Hand delivering the ashes back to you
In addition to the above, we also work with mobile vets
Pets up to 25 pounds(cats, toy dogs, etc.) $250.00
Pets 26-50 pounds$275.00
Pets 51-75 pounds $300.00
Pets 76-100 pounds $325.00
Pets 101-125 pounds $375.00
Pets 126-150 pounds $400.00

Regular hours of operation are Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm, Saturday 9 am to 3 pm.
After regular hours and holidays, there is an additional charge of $50.00. If your pet is at your vet's office and it is after regular business hours, we will pick up on the next business day. There will be no additional after hours charge for this service. Call us anytime to make arrangements or to ask any questions regarding our services.
